Rules for using Yarden

Use of the app

You may use Yarden only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for your activity in the app and for information you choose to submit through your profile or community participation.

Profiles and account information

Yarden allows users to create a creator profile with information such as a name, bio, and profile image. You agree that the information you provide will be accurate and that you will not impersonate another person, brand, or organization.

User content

Yarden includes community features that allow you to publish photo posts, short video clips, captions, tags, and comments. You keep ownership of the content you create, but you grant Yarden a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, format, and make that content available as needed to operate the app and its community features.

• You must have the right to share any content you upload or submit.
• You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your content.
• You may remove your own posts using the tools provided in the app.

Community conduct

You agree not to use Yarden to:

• Post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful material.
• Harass, threaten, impersonate, or mislead other users.
• Submit spam, manipulate engagement, or interfere with normal app operation.
• Misuse reporting, blocking, commenting, or other community tools.

Likes, follows, comments, and safety tools

Yarden allows users to interact through likes, follows, comments, creator search, reporting, and blocking. These features are provided to support respectful community use. Yarden may limit access to features or content when necessary to address misuse, safety concerns, or violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Balloon Coins and in-app purchases

Yarden offers Balloon Coins through Apple in-app purchases. Apple processes payments under its own terms and policies. When you choose to send support in the app, the selected number of Balloon Coins will be deducted from your balance.

• Balloon Coins are virtual items for use within Yarden.
• Balloon Coins are not redeemable for cash or property, except where required by law.
• Purchase prices and coin packages may change.
• Except where required by law or Apple policy, purchases are final.

Intellectual property

The Yarden app, including its design, branding, text, and software, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app or its materials without permission.

Availability and changes

Yarden may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the app or its features at any time. We may also revise these Terms & Conditions, and the current version will be posted on this page.

Disclaimer

Yarden is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Yarden does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of user-submitted content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarden will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
